Paying and Invoicing

In order to place an online order we require debit or credit card details via our secure system. We reserve the right to make a reasonable charge for work incurred on cancelled personalised orders. We accept all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express). Alternatively you can pay by paypal or bank transfer.

Items ordered over the phone must be paid for by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer on a proforma basis before production begins. If invoice and delivery address are different, just let us know at the time of payment.

Please note that as of 1st April 2019 we no longer accept cheque payments.

There is no extra charge for paying by credit card.

We cannot allow COD payments as we use a third party carrier to deliver your goods.

We will send you an email with your VAT invoice on the same day of your goods being despatched.
